Wow!
It's been a while since my last journal entry...About 4 months or so.
So I've been doing alot of working here lately. I've had some time to throw together some wallpapers for brock lesnar and joe satriani. You can check them out in my portfolio.
Other then work I've been playing in the band 2 times week now. We have a gig at the Lehigh Spring Festival April 5th which is my birthday. I'll be 22! So wish me a happy birthday! Other then that We'll be playing at a bar called rockstars in May and We are lined for doing studio recording in the summer.
Other then that I've been religious with my workout routines. I'm down to 205-210(flux) lbs right now. I was at 235 about a year ago. I feel really good about my progress. I feel and look like I'm back in high school again. I am still doing my boxing routine where I box for 30 minutes and now I'm doing a kicking excersises to help me kicking. I'm stuck at a weight where It's hard to lose fat / water weight. I can only see myself getting super ripped if I dehydrate myself like all those muscle bound freaks on the commercials on TV. I've found out that alot of MMA Fighters that cut weight before fight usually end up being 10-20 pounds over weight a week before their fights. They dehyrate themselves to lose the weight which makes them look ripped. It's not natural and I'm out of that mindset.
